Orchard View's three indoor halls scale from the Terrace at up to 120 guests, to the Lakeview at up to 180, up to the Grandview at up to 400 for a seated dinner. I scale my sound and dance-floor lighting to whichever hall you book and your real headcount, not a generic package size.

Most Orchard View ceremonies happen at the Lakeside Gazebo, a peninsula setting over the water that holds up to 180 guests, or at the Terrace Pergola under the waterfall. Some couples use the venue's private island. I bring a dedicated wireless system for outdoor vows, separate from the reception rig.

It depends on your guest count. The Terrace, the Lakeview and the Grandview each scale to a different size, and the Grandview also gets exclusive use of the grounds bridge to bridge, including the waterfall and island. I set the rig up to the room you actually book, not a generic layout.
