Aquatopia Water Garden Conservatory is a heated glass conservatory at 2710 March Rd in Carp. It is open year-round, and the ceremony is indoors.
The wedding spaces are the atrium and the greenhouse, for 25 to 150 guests, plus a Zen weddings room for up to 48. Union Eleven describes the weather-proof glass roof as one that allows professional fireworks.
June to August events start no earlier than 5 PM. Hotels are within 15 minutes. Aquatopia is closed Mondays and does not publish a curfew.
Bringing your own DJ to Aquatopia
Aquatopia lets couples bring their own DJ once the paperwork is cleared. I've done it: their vendor form, insurance naming the venue, and a walkthrough with their AV team the day before Melanie and Pat's wedding in June 2025. Their tech runs the house sound and lights, so I plan the night with them, not around them.
Ask Aquatopia for the vendor form early, then send me the date and I will line up the insurance.
Load-in, timing and what the venue includes
The wedding party may arrive 2 hours before a traditional ceremony and 1 hour before a Zen ceremony. I plan my load-in around that window.
