Wedding DJ at Temple's Sugar Bush

One ceremony spot is down through the forest, with a little DJ hut for the speaker. Super cute, and best in summer and fall. The sugar bush photographs great at night in the fall too. Cocktails have inside and outside options, and the building is beautiful inside with lots of photo spots.

The dance floor sits in front of the fireplace. There's enough room for the floor and space to breathe behind it, so the room never feels cramped.

   The maple menu. I keep the music at dinner level and run the speeches.

It's a drive from Ottawa, the power is good and I get my own corner.

1. 1:00 PM, Load in. Vendor access opens at 1:00. I set up the forest ceremony sound first, then the main room.

2. Down through the forest. One of the two ceremony spaces is down a path through the sugar bush, with a little DJ hut for my speaker. Best in summer and fall.

3. Inside or out. The cocktail area has inside and outside options, so the weather never makes the call for you.

4. Maple in everything. Maple dressing, maple glazed chicken, maple dessert, and a little bottle of Temple's syrup on every table. Sounds like too much. It's amazing.

6. 1:00 AM, The last hug goodbye. Weddings wrap by 1:00, and Jenna is there to the very end.
