Load-in
Pull up to the hotel entrance at 325 Dalhousie, the bell desk has a cart, and the gear goes up before the car gets parked. Hotel valet is the simple fallback when the City garage is full.

My honest take
It is a downtown hotel wedding with a rooftop twist, and the two-floor split is the only thing to plan around.
The details you notice after working a room more than once.

The second floor takes the main rig for ceremony, dinner and dancing. The 16th floor cocktail hour gets its own speaker so nothing moves mid-day.
Before you pay for extras, make sure you know what each one is actually solving.
Everything except the cocktail hour lives on the second floor, so the day moves without a reset.
Second floor, a partitioned section, officiant on a wireless handheld.
16th floor, Copper Spirits and Sights lounge and terrace.
Second floor opens up fully for dinner and speeches.
Same floor, same rig, tables cleared.
A hotel wedding wants a DJ who runs the timeline as cleanly as the music.
Main rig downstairs, a separate speaker upstairs, no scramble between the cocktail hour and dinner.
Speeches, dances and the grand entrance announced from one voice with the couple's timeline.
Clean early, building through the night, requests handled live.
Load-in, parking and the hotel's banquet desk sorted before the day.
Yes. Sean DJ'd and MC'd a full wedding there in August 2026: ceremony and reception on the second floor, cocktail hour up on the 16th floor at Copper Spirits and Sights.
Ceremony and reception share the second floor. Part of the floor is closed off for the ceremony, then the whole floor opens up for the reception, so one main setup covers both. Cocktail hour runs on the 16th floor, and Sean covers sound up there too.
