I plan your grand entrance and dinner-to-speeches timing around the room layout. Sound stays low during cocktail hour; the dance setup opens after tables clear. I find no real echo problem with speakers placed correctly.

Ceremony and transport

I confirm the ceremony location, microphone moments and weather backup. Agree guest arrival, departure and shuttle timing.

   I keep music low in the room's cocktail space before dinner.

   I size sound for DaVinci, Amadeo, Window or Chandelier.

   I position subs to contain sound within your hall.

I plan for your booked room: DaVinci (80 guests, private bar and fireplace), Amadeo (80, built-in AV), Window (250), or Chandelier (up to 300, roughly 4,000 sq ft, grand chandelier and hardwood dance floor).

The four spaces range from about 80 guests in DaVinci and Amadeo up to 300 in the Chandelier room. Confirm your room's seated capacity with the venue; I size sound and dance-floor lighting accordingly.

The halls can host multiple weddings on the same night. They hold sound well without bleeding into each other. I position speakers and aim subs to keep sound in our room, away from walls.
