He still brings his own controller, laptop, connection kit and a backup music source every time, and confirms exactly where the wireless mic is needed with a backup plan for the moments on the day that cannot be repeated. The installed dance-floor lighting works fine for a normal reception; uplighting or moving fixtures are only worth adding if you want the room to look noticeably different from its default look.

Where the floor goes.

The terrace is where Sean sends cocktail hour, which keeps the reception room closed and focused on dinner and dancing until it's time to move everyone in. Le Belvédère's own recommended shape runs a ceremony between 4 and 5pm and dinner between 6 and 7pm, with the bar closing during dinner while table wine service runs. Current last call is 1am with the room closing at 1:30am, so he works backward from that for the final songs. Confirm the exact numbers with your coordinator, since packages and hours can change.

Weather decides more here than at an indoor-only venue: ceremony and cocktails often run outside, so have the indoor-call decision, footwear plan and any mobility support settled before the forecast turns into a same-day scramble.
